With Stephen Crowther, lay pastor from Kent (GB)
Padraig O’Tuama says that ‘telling our stories is the work of the kitchen table’.
In this service, we will explore what it means to tell our story.
And that it may be that in telling our stories we can encourage openness
and vulnerability as a place where we might encounter God.
We meet for worship at La Maison Verte at 127-129 rue Marcadet, 75018.
Music for gathering starts at 10:20 am and the service starts at 10:30 am.
MOBIL’DOUCHE CLOTHING DRIVE
We are collecting donations for Mobil’douche at our January service!
Please bring warm clothing for both men and women: jeans and long johns, underwear and socks, long and short-sleeved tee-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, coats, gloves, warm hats and scarves.
As many homeless people have pets, dry dog or cat food is also welcome.
Feel free to spread the word among friends and neighbors and bring donations on their behalf!
Mobil’douche volunteer Jean-Pierre O’Biang will come to La Maison Verte towards the end of our service to pick up our donation in one of the famous Mobil’douche trucks.
You will be able to go inside the truck if you would like to see it!
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION – Note to UUFP families : There will be no Religious Education or babysitting at the January 12 service due to the transport strikes.
