I’ve just spent four days at the Counterweight Conference out of England on “Liberal Approaches to Diversity and Inclusion”.  Even though the workshops are mainly geared to the work place, I think they are very adaptable to our UU congregations.  There is a growing division and illiberalism in the US and the UUA.  We are a liberal religion which is founded on reason, freedom, and tolerance.  These 40 workshops have diverse liberal ideas to implement in our congregations.  Google Counterweight Conference to learn more.
