EUU Organizational Documents

EUU Members can find detailed technical information about our organization on this page. All the PDF documents available for download here are password-protected. This means that anyone can download them, but a password is necessary to open and read them.

If you (a member) don’t have the password, or would like to see something that is not here, please ask your current Coordinating Council (CC) Representative to communicate your desire.

EUU is a non-profit “association 1901” registered in France.

Our Bylaws are a legally mandated document that is on record with the French government. Although most of us prefer the English version, both versions are available for any member to read.

(Any change to the Bylaws requires a 2/3 majority vote of EUU members in attendance at an Annual General Meeting or at an exceptional General Meeting called by the CC at any time of year.)

Our “Policy Manual” is perhaps better understood as an Operations Handbook, which both guides our leaders in their work and helps all members understand how we function. It exists only in English.

(Changes to the Policy Manual are made through a 2/3 vote of the CC. Historically, changes are made by officers as the years go by, and once in a while, a “cleaned up” version incorporating many changes is brought to the CC for a vote.).    

Please contact your Coordinating Council Representative for passwords. Note that because the files are password protected, your antivirus software cannot scan them. They are safe files originating from EUU itself.
