Your EUU officers met all day on January 9th. Among other agenda items accomplished was a calendar for 2026, which we share with you here. This calendar does not mean we rule out the addition of other events, and it does not include the calendars of our various online and offline groups and committees.

This calendar represents the core meetings and gatherings of our organization. Those include our Coordinating Council (CC) meetings, open to all and where decisions are made by your elected representatives and officers; our Town Hall meetings, open to all, where no decisions are made but discussion is focused on specific topics out of which projects or action items might manifest; our retreats, open to all who register during the registration window, where we come together in person for a weekend of fellowship led by a visiting minister; and our Annual General Meeting (AGM), open to members, where the membership votes on our officer slate for the next year, approves the budget, and reviews the past year together, including committee reports. Our administrative documents, records and meeting minutes are kept on a Google Drive.
Your officers (president, vice president, secretary and treasurer) meet before each CC meeting to plan the agenda and review the ongoing tasks and visions that keep our community healthy. We welcome your input and concerns, so those dates are included although those meetings are closed. Please email us at officers@europeanuu.org with your questions and concerns.
Your Coordinating Council (CC) includes a voting representative from each fellowship and our At Large group. (At Large includes anyone who is a member of EUU but not a member of a fellowship – membership in a fellowship is separate from membership in EUU). The CC also includes leaders and representatives of various committees and ongoing projects – currently we have four standing committees: Social Action, Communications, Nominating, and Retreat Planning.
